His skills extend, among others, to the following areas: performance optimization techniques, Lean Six Sigma, new technologies, continuous improvement (KAIZEN), industrial data mining, and project management.
Omar is also deeply interested in the preservation of our ecosystem. He directs his research activities towards the theme of the "smart factory" and is currently working on "reverse logistics," "the sharing economy," and "optimized hospital management." In parallel, Omar actively participates in the organization of international scientific events.
